Refund & Cancellation Policy We strive to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
- Returns: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Process: Returned items must be in their original packaging with all labels intact. Once our quality team inspects and verifies the issue, we will process a replacement or refund.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
